Quality Control
At Rensino 3D Printings Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of sourcing, production, inspection, packaging, and shipment. Our procedures support the consistent quality of 3D printers, printer parts and accessories, printing filaments, UV photopolymer resins, auxiliary tools, finished models, and custom 3D printing services. Inspection requirements are defined according to product specifications, intended applications, customer drawings, and industry-aligned practices.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Incoming materials and purchased components are checked before they are released for production or assembly. Inspection scope and sampling methods are selected according to the material type, product requirements, and applicable internal inspection standards.
- Filaments and resins: Material identification, color, packaging condition, batch information, and relevant physical properties are reviewed against specified requirements.
- Printer components: Mechanical parts, electronic components, motion systems, connectors, and accessories are checked for specification, appearance, quantity, and visible damage.
- Printing and finishing materials: Materials used for model production and post-processing are verified for suitability and consistency before use.
- Nonconforming materials: Items that do not meet inspection criteria are identified, segregated, and reviewed before further handling.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Production parameters and critical process steps are monitored to reduce variation and identify issues before completion. For custom 3D printing projects, our team reviews customer files, drawings, material selections, tolerances, surface requirements, and post-processing instructions before production begins.
- Printing orientation, layer settings, support structures, temperature parameters, and other relevant process conditions are controlled according to the selected technology and material.
- Key dimensions and assembly interfaces may be checked during production, subject to product specifications and project requirements.
- Print quality is monitored for warping, cracking, incomplete layers, resin curing issues, support marks, and other visible defects.
- Post-processing steps such as support removal, cleaning, curing, sanding, coating, coloring, and assembly are carried out according to defined work instructions.
- For printers and related equipment, assembly condition, wiring, movement, installation fit, and basic operational performance are reviewed at appropriate stages.
3. Finished Product Inspection
Finished products undergo final inspection before approval for packing. The inspection criteria vary by product category and may include visual, dimensional, functional, and packaging-related checks.
- 3D printed models: Overall appearance, dimensions, geometry, surface condition, structural integrity, color, assembly fit, and finishing quality are checked against agreed requirements.
- 3D printers: Appearance, assembly, motion, controls, connections, included accessories, and basic printing functions are inspected as applicable.
- Parts, accessories, and auxiliary tools: Dimensions, fit, finish, quantity, identification, and intended function are reviewed.
- 3D printing filaments: Spool condition, winding, labeling, color consistency, packaging integrity, and specified product characteristics are examined.
- UV photopolymer resins: Container condition, sealing, labeling, batch identification, appearance, and relevant performance requirements are checked subject to the product specification.
Inspection equipment and methods are selected based on the characteristics of each product. Measurement records, production information, and reference samples may be retained when required for order traceability or future comparison.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Packaging is selected according to product size, weight, fragility, storage requirements, and transportation conditions. Printed models and precision parts are protected against impact and surface damage, while filaments and resins are packed with appropriate attention to moisture, light exposure, leakage prevention, and seal integrity.
- Product model, quantity, color, material, accessories, and order details are verified before shipment.
- Labels, operating information, and required documentation are checked for accuracy and consistency.
- Protective materials, inner packaging, cartons, and closures are reviewed for suitability and condition.
- Shipping marks and package identification are confirmed against the approved order information.
- A final release check is completed before goods are transferred for dispatch.
5. Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement
Rensino 3D Printings Co., Ltd. treats customer feedback as an important part of quality management. If a quality concern is reported, our team reviews the available order records, photographs, samples, production parameters, inspection information, and shipping details to help identify the cause.
Appropriate corrective actions may include adjustments to material control, printing parameters, assembly methods, inspection criteria, packaging design, or operator instructions. Findings are communicated to the relevant teams, and follow-up checks are introduced when necessary. This structured approach helps us improve process consistency and provide dependable products and manufacturing support for international B2B customers.
