Review order terms from a China 3D printing supplier, covering wholesale orders, price details, and purchasing conditions for global buyers.
Rensino 3D Printings Co., Ltd. supplies 3D printers, printer parts and accessories, printing filaments, UV photopolymer resins, auxiliary tools, finished models, and custom 3D printing services for international B2B customers. The following terms explain our standard ordering process. Specific prices, payment arrangements, production schedules, packaging, and delivery terms are confirmed according to the requirements of each order.
To request a quotation, please provide complete information about the product or service you require. Clear specifications help us evaluate the request accurately and respond efficiently.
Common 3D file formats may be reviewed when available. If a submitted file is incomplete, damaged, or unsuitable for production, we may request a revised file or additional technical information before quoting.
For customized products and 3D printing services, we review the design, geometry, dimensions, material, printing process, surface treatment, color, tolerance, quantity, and packaging requirements. Where necessary, we may suggest practical adjustments to improve printability, assembly, appearance, or transportation safety.
Our quotation may include product costs, customization or setup charges, tooling or sample costs where applicable, packaging, freight, and other agreed services. Pricing and quotation validity depend on the final specifications, quantity, material costs, exchange conditions, destination, and delivery requirements. Any item not included in the quotation should be confirmed separately.
A quotation is based on the information available at the time of review. Changes to the design, material, quantity, finish, packaging, delivery address, or other requirements may result in a revised price and production schedule.
Samples or prototypes may be arranged when required for evaluation. Sample pricing, shipping costs, preparation time, and approval procedures are subject to confirmation according to the product and project requirements.
For custom 3D printed parts or models, the customer is responsible for checking the approved design, dimensions, assembly relationship, appearance, and intended function. Approval of a sample, rendering, drawing, specification sheet, or production file authorizes us to proceed according to the confirmed information. Changes requested after approval may affect costs and schedules.
An order is considered confirmed after both parties agree on the applicable commercial and technical details and the required payment arrangement has been completed. Confirmation may include the following:
Please review all order documents carefully before approval. If there is any difference between a purchase order and our confirmed quotation or invoice, the parties should clarify and approve the final terms in writing before production begins.
Available payment methods and payment schedules are determined according to the order value, product type, customization level, destination, and cooperation arrangement. The applicable payment instructions will be stated in the confirmed quotation or proforma invoice.
Production, material preparation, or shipment may begin only after the agreed payment milestone has been received and verified. Bank charges, payment platform fees, taxes, duties, and other transaction expenses are handled according to the confirmed order terms. Customers should use only the payment account shown on verified order documents and should confirm with Rensino 3D Printings Co., Ltd. if any payment information appears to have changed.
Production is arranged according to the approved specifications and the confirmed order schedule. Lead time depends on product availability, order quantity, printing technology, material preparation, customization requirements, finishing processes, sample approval, and packaging needs.
For custom projects, we may communicate at relevant stages regarding file review, sample approval, color confirmation, surface treatment, assembly, or packaging. If customer approval is required, the schedule may be adjusted according to the time needed to receive feedback. Requests to change an order after production has started will be reviewed for feasibility and may result in additional costs, material loss, or schedule changes.
Products are checked against the confirmed order information before shipment. Inspection may cover product model, quantity, dimensions, material, color, appearance, function, accessories, labeling, and packaging, as applicable to the order.
For 3D printed items, minor layer lines, support marks, color variation, or finishing differences may occur depending on the printing process, material, geometry, and surface treatment. Any critical tolerance, cosmetic standard, functional requirement, or inspection method must be communicated and confirmed before ordering.
Where appropriate, product photographs, inspection information, or sample confirmation may be provided before shipment. Additional inspection reports or third-party inspection arrangements must be discussed in advance and may involve separate costs.
Standard export-appropriate packaging or customized packaging may be arranged according to the product characteristics, order quantity, shipping method, and customer requirements. Fragile models, printers, resins, filaments, tools, and replacement parts may require different protective materials and carton configurations.
Please inform us before order confirmation if you require branded packaging, neutral packaging, barcodes, product labels, carton marks, manuals, inserts, palletization, or other special packing instructions. Customized packaging is subject to feasibility, quantity, cost, and preparation requirements.
Orders may be shipped by courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or another agreed method depending on the shipment size, product type, destination, urgency, and applicable transport restrictions. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are confirmed according to current logistics conditions and the final packed shipment details.
Any stated production or transit time is an estimate unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, restricted materials, destination regulations, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of the parties.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate consignee name, address, telephone number, tax or registration information, and any import documentation required at the destination. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, storage fees, and local delivery expenses are handled according to the agreed trade terms.
After dispatch, available shipping documents and tracking information will be provided as applicable. Customers should inspect the outer packaging upon receipt and record any visible damage with photographs or carrier documentation before accepting or opening the shipment where local procedures allow.
Any request to change or cancel an order must be submitted in writing as early as possible. We will review the production status, purchased materials, completed work, packaging preparation, and logistics arrangements before confirming whether the request can be accepted.
Custom-made products, printed models, specially prepared materials, branded packaging, and other made-to-order items may not be cancellable after production or procurement has started. Reasonable costs already incurred may apply. No change or cancellation is effective until it has been confirmed in writing by both parties.
Customers must ensure that they have the right to provide and use all drawings, 3D models, trademarks, logos, images, specifications, and other materials submitted for an order. The customer is responsible for confirming that the requested manufacturing or printing work does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Files and technical information supplied for quotation or production will be used for order evaluation and fulfillment. If a separate confidentiality agreement or specific document-handling requirement is needed, it should be discussed and confirmed before sensitive information is submitted.
Please inspect the products promptly after delivery. If there is a shortage, incorrect item, transport damage, or product issue, contact Rensino 3D Printings Co., Ltd. as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number, product details, quantity affected, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos.
We will review the information against the confirmed specifications, inspection records, packaging condition, and shipping documents. The appropriate solution will depend on the cause and circumstances and may include technical guidance, replacement parts, rework discussion, replenishment, or another mutually agreed arrangement.
Issues caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable operating conditions, improper storage, unauthorized modification, normal wear, customer-supplied design defects, or use outside the confirmed product requirements will be assessed separately. Customers should retain the affected products and original packaging until the review is completed.
For repeat or long-term orders, specifications, prices, materials, packaging, and delivery arrangements should be reconfirmed because supply conditions and project requirements may change. Clear written communication helps both parties maintain consistent order records and avoid misunderstandings.
All product details and commercial terms are subject to the final quotation, approved specifications, proforma invoice, purchase order confirmation, or other written agreement between the customer and Rensino 3D Printings Co., Ltd.
